AMC is Our New Roofer
Our roof was 35+ years old and it leaked. We’d repair one leak and another would start. The roof was a Spanish style, cement tile, built new before the advent of underlayment and a waterproof barrier. We made a short list of roofers, got bids and chose AMC, who replaced the roof last year. We have smiles on our faces with no leaks this incredibly rainy 2020 summer.
AMC’s bid was competitive and we thought fairly priced. It was well detailed in time and materials and structured so we had flexibility in selecting new tiles. AMC is big enough to have all the resources needed to do the demolition and new construction, and family owned so that you’re working directly with the family, Andy Staggs and his son, before bidding starts and until the new roof installation is completed. They were readily available to answer any questions throughout the process. They were regularly at the job site and hands-on when this was occasionally needed. This supplemented the full-time supervisor with the crew who were hard-working and congenial. They were mindful of our landscaping and their job site housekeeping was good, most important during demolition of the old roof. AMC meets its commitments, price included.
This year we asked Andy to help with our leaky, flat panel patio roof. Before AMC, any repairs didn’t stay leak-tight for long. Andy agreed to take this job. The challenge was figuring out where the water was entering the patio roof structure. Andy never quit, even when the summer heat on that roof was 120 F. This was one of those occasions that needed his personal experience. We now have an extra thousand square feet of always dry living space overlooking our garden. AMC and Andy are true miracle workers.

AMC roofing did a great job from the very beginning. What impressed me most was their thorough estimate which included a video of my roof with detailed explanations of what needed repairs and why. Tyler was very professional and very responsive. Work was completed in a very timely manner and surpassed my expectations. Permits and all necessary paperwork was taken care of and a good variety of colors was provided. Would highly recommend AMC!

This company went above and beyond my expectations. First thing, you never talk to a middle man, it was either Andy or Tyler that you spoke to (the father and son). I was referred to this company by a very picky mechanical engineer who is meticulous with everything he does. So i already had high expectations.
Second- Tyler did a video inspection and not only SHOWED what needed to be done, but EXPLAINED it as well. I am no roofing expert, so this was much appreciated.
Third- It took them 1 day to do my roof! They worked quickly and efficiently to get everything done and I clean up. I still haven't found a single roofing nail in my yard. : ).
If you want a professional team with 3 generations of experience who actually shows that they care about your business. Then call AMC!!

Andy Staggs and his team at AMC Roofing did a wonderful job installing my new barrel tile roof. I compared 3 roofing companies and am so happy I went with AMC. I like the way they brought in what they required to do the demo, then got rid of that stuff, and then brought in what they needed to do the install. I didn't have the dumpster AND the tiles sitting on my property all at once. They were careful of my property, protecting the grass and paved driveway. Andy was always responsive when I called or texted and he stood behind his work. Small things happen when you do construction, and you just want someone who takes responsibility. I feel he went above and beyond. Thanks to Andy and team!

AMC Roofing replaced my roof about 2 weeks ago, and I am extremely happy with not only their professionalism, completing the project in a timely manor, but also the very nice work they did, my roof looks amazing, I also got new gutters and they look wonderful, I am very happy with the complete look!! I also would like to say how nice and accommodating the entire staff was, Dori and William were especially wonderful to work with, they were in constant contact with me throughout the entire project, always doing a follow-up to make sure I was happy and thing were going as planned, they are a real asset to this Company. I would highly recommend AMC Roofing to anyone who needs work done on their roof, I could not be happier!!

It was a pleasure working with everyone from AMC Roofing. From the very first phone call for the estimate, to the very last inspection and clean up. We were in constant communication with daily updates from the team. Everyone was very professional and understanding.
