The 2004 hurricane season was an unprecedented storm season that brought 4 major storms through the state that created damage to an estimated to 1 in 5 homes in Central Florida. It was then that AMC Capital Constructors was formed knowing that there would be an abundance of fly-by-nighters who only care about making the dollar and not the quality of work. AMC has always put there customers and their homes at priority #1 which has brought in uncountable referrals and word of mouth residual work for AMC from there stellar reputation. AMC has performed more than 500 residential re-roof projects since then and many commercial re-roof and repair projects.

AMC Capital Constructors Inc has many commercial and industrial customers as well. Government entities such as City of Orlando, Orange County, Orange County School board, Florida Department of Transportation, Marion County School Board. Mike Staggs Sr is a highly reputable state certified General contractor (CGC062892) since 1986 in the Central Florida area with experiences in building custom homes, track homes, all types of renovations and remodels along with additions and structural work. He started building communication towers in 1995 with Sprint PCS and worked with a team of Sprint wireless engineers to build the initial Florida Sprint PCS network. With his vast experience and knowledge of the construction industry as a whole he is an integral leader of our team and offers the company a firm ground in our field and is always striving to better the industry and the company.

Andy Staggs is a state certified Roofing contractor (CCC1326341) that has built his experience from the ground up. He started in roofing in early 1987 as a laborer/apprentice and has worked in the roofing field building his knowledge and experience first hand. He has experience in every type of roofing including shingles, tile, metal, low slope and flat roof systems, from re-roofing projects to new construction. Also he has performed many historic preservation projects. He has always strived to better the industry being involved in the Florida roofing and sheet metal association (FRSA) along with other local associations in the industry. Since then he has obtained a state certified Building contractor license (CBC060480) in 2000 and a state certified Solar contractor license in 2008 (# pending). Although licensed in other fields Andy’s specialty is in the roofing and solar field and is very proud to be a part of this industry.
